I would definately say the GTA gang, because the brotherhood are too stuck up about themselves and their full of homosexuals and the rogue jedi do jack all while the GTA, having the best game on the psp named after them, are a cool laid back gang, plus you get an air AK 47  Definatley the muscles

Here's my low down on the available gangs:
GTA - The first gang of MyPSP, seems to have a fair few members, but they dont seem overly active on the site.
Brotherhood - A fairly big gang that USUALLY make valuable contributions to MYPSP, however most seem to have the "I LOVE MYSELF AND THE BROTHERHOOD' syndrome.
Starfleet Cmd - LOL - A Star Trek gang - do i need to say anymore?!
S.T.A.R.S - a relatively new gang that I think is for people who like Resident Evil. Not that great a game or movie, but hey, what ever floats ya boat.
Admin - An extremely exclusive gang, good luck getting in. hehehe
and finally the greatest of them all...
The Rogue Jedis - Obviously a gang for Star Wars fans. One of the bigger gangs and as fellow Rogue Jedi Mika27 has already mentioned WE 'Are' the better gang! Cool people, great conversation, loads of laughs and did I mention..."THE FORCE"
So make your selection from based on what ever interests you the most.
