Why are yo guys doing the meet in Box hill, not everybody lives out that far, why not melbourne central, it would be the easiest place in Melbourne

I turn for one second and look what happens!

First, no - the meet won't be at Box Hill. We will hold it in the city.

Melbourne Central, Fed Square or e55 - Your choice.

Secondly it will be on a Sunday or the weekend unless you'll want to do it during the week. The times have already been set. If you can't get to the city, then fine. But the city is the central most location to everyone.

JC if you want to have one in BH, thats fine - people that live out there can come to it.

But for the rest of mypsp - we will have it in the city.

I hope this clears it up for people.

And yes DMAN - it is a bit unnerving meeting people over the net. But meh - I've met Shadowblade. As long as you do it in a safe area with lots of people (and quick exits...if you are that worried...lol) it should be fine. Plus I know how to take care of myself. Lets just say I would love to see someone try something on me.

In the end its all upto each person's choice to come to such things or not. Much better to come, see from afar and not go to it rather than not come at all and regret not meeting the great bunch of people! lol

I was gonna say 20th - which is something you had decided. I won't be able to make it on tuesday but if you still want to have it then, thats cool.

20th seems ok, but I can only make it on weekends, so I'd suggest the last weekend of the month as the tentative date. Melbourne Central and Federation Square are good suggestions, but considering it's winter (and assuming you don't want to get your PSPs wet) I'd suggest a venue inside rather than outside (not as cold and will not rain inside). The reason e55 is a good venue is because they have very cheap internet (wireless) in the venue that we can use to play some games online (if people wish)...

I'd like to see some kind of a vote in here as to the venue and the date (and Box Hill is too far out for some people, so City Locations only people....)

Crown has too many people, so unless we pick a bar of some kind in Crown, I don't suggest that as a venue...
