Hiya people, got back from Muay Thai like an hour ago. It was really good, even though the class was smaller tonight (around 8 people). I also got a really badly bruised shin, i blocked my mates lower roundhouse and i wasn't wearing any lower leg protection.
So how is everyone else tonight?

My age group is open pooks, anyone is welcomed to read it. It is mainly aimed at young adults, but its set with some heavy personal issues but also has enough science and action in it... it appeals to anyone.
Whats this thing at bourke street?
Mmm, Muay Thai. I hate people and their freaking roundhouse kicks. I have a guy who was a MT champ and is now getting to level 8 or 9 in WC. And unfortunately I had my first class with him. And the speed, agility and strength he was attacking with was mind blowing! And he said he was only going at 20%...lol total BS! And I ain't a small guy and I felt I was being plummeled.... oh well. I can't wait to reach that level in my training.
Is anyone going to see Fearless? Its an awesome movie. My friend imported it and its absolutley brilliant. So brilliant that Im going to watch it in the cinemas! Its worth the trip!
Anyway, ledge is now going to come on here more often - to offer sagely advice and keep an eye on things.

Hey Guys, Yeah kparaha, if your PSP is gonna stuff up then now is the ideal time.... There is still a couple of weeks of warranty left. And well.... once repaired it should last a long time.
