As there is no TW08 game review I thought I'd add this info here. I got the 2008 version the other day and it is terrible. The game itself is almost identical to the 2007 version, however it has this ridiculous and highly annoying "confidence building" component. It appears that the whole game revolves around building your confidence. Who cares! I just want to play golf. There are also annoying little mini games that pop up whenever you hit a bad shot that just annoy the **** out of you.
If you want my opinion, TW07 is far better as it is the same game without the annoying additions that TW08 has incorporated. Get TW07 and just hope TW09 is a step in the right direction.
