Lumines is a Tetris-style puzzler which uses the powerful effect of addicting dance music to play out into an extremely addicting and fun puzzler. Players must drop blocks onto the gaming floor and match colors to create a one-color block. As you play, a “Time Line” sweeps across the screen intone with the music and racks up all the blocks you have created. The more blocks you have when the Time Line passes through, the more points you receive. After each level, you unlock a new “skin” which incorporates a different background and a new tune. Collect all of the skins and choose your favorite to use in Single Skin Mode. There is also a tough puzzle mode which makes you create specific items, such as a cross, with the blocks. This game is addicting!

06 Dec 2005 - in line to see pirates again pookytook  2734 i have never really been a fan of puzzle games. but this is awesome! ahhh... the music... the flashies... seriously, its like meditation when you have the headphones in. woah. i stopped playing right, after 30 mins of playing this, and all i could think of was falling blocks! 2 found this useful
