yes you can swim and use helicopters and planes, u can also take over gang properties in a gang war (it is mad) u can also build ur own empire and make it either a: prostitution empire, a lone shark empire, a smuggling empire, a protection racket empire and so on.... and they come with an outfit and side missions (this post could go on forever if i told u wat is also in the game)

in gta vcs you play as Vic Vance, A marine. You end up getting kicked out of the Army (ill let you find out how) and then (someone) gives you a safehouse (the one with the garage glitch). You then work your way on and on untill you get a new safehouse, 'compound' with a garage (that works!!!). At that point you can do empire wars or do your own empire missions.... From what ive heard, there is supposed to be a hurricane in the game.... The cars are awsome though, like the cheetah and infernus...

yes the storyline is different... (i dont know how) the cars are better and the steering is improved. there is some new bikes, cars. the cheetah is very fast and the quad bike is crap

around 13.8% so far because i dont want to finish the game quickly. When i got my vcs copy i got a psp gta vcs skin. It looks ok, but im not putting it on my psp caus i got an armourlite case on mine... and yes there are bmx's in the game
