thats quite odd. i havent heard of that before but some one else may have, doubt it though. you should ring up sony and ask them about it. assuming that you havent had your psp for a year yet then you can get it fixed for free and they may tell you something to try that may fix st straight away.

i don't know what would stop the plug going in. are you sure there is nothing blocking it

If you bought your psp new, you should return it becasue it seems to be like a faulty unit.

Try other chargers and see if they work. If they don't it means either the charger is faulty or the PSP is.
