BJ2 says:

ok, turn on your psp while holding R (keep it held while turning it on) does the recovery menue come up (it should be a blue screen with writing on it)
if so you are in luck and have "semi-bricked" it and this can be fixed.

does it come up??

Lil_Fil06 says:

Hey, Well Legally when u down grade your PSP your breaking the SONY Terms and Conditions (Come with the console).
In these terms it quotes that if you do anything to your PSP like downgrade you no longer have warranty. So you can try to take it bak to the store you got it if they deny you a refund then u are stuffed. LOL Seriously!
