They're not hard to locate. I saw them in myer. They are bloody expensive though. Its in the $100 + area.
And yes, I can see it says 99 bucks, but it was a hundred something at myer.

Wow these solar chargers are a great concept and i'd probably buy one if i could find it locally but.... leaving your psp in the sun for 5 hours is gonna raise the temperature so you might dmage it!
