it would be ok but 4 gig isnt that much and its ok if you can take it off and put it back on whenever. to just connect it to show ppl photos or whatever.

If you treasure your PSP's phisique i wuldnt suggest this addition to mem for your psp it is too bulky and ugly and from looks of it would make your gaming sessions uncomfortable and annoying.I would suggest holding out for the 4gb memory stick coming soon and there are talks of a 8gb.

Ya I think that I could use up four gigs in less than an hour.. But hey if you found second hand one for 20 that awsome.. So ya its ugly too.. hmm But does it really make your psp slow?? If a four gig makes it slow imagine what a bigger one like 20 G would do to it.. hMM

Yeah, It'd be useful if were more than a measly freakin 4Gb. I'd actually think about spending money on it if it had 20+gig space, but 4? Who the hell would buy this ugly peice of useless crap?

Incredibly Slow read/write speed when compared to DUO Memory
Danger of Badsectors when dropped (Head kissing surface of disk)
Like any wheel, it will only spin for a certain amount of time
Needs 2X battery as the HDD needs extra Juice to operaste
DUO memory is sleek and compact (duhhh)
DUO Memory does not have any moving parts to wear out )duhhhhh)
Duo Memory is cheaper 1 gig $80 on ebay, and 2gig $140
STEER CLEAR OF THEM

no this is really small it looks big because theres a charger with it witch is cool but its really thin it looks fat but its hell good i got a secong hand one $20 hell good now i have heaps of photos music everything i sugest this

Good that its 4 gigs, gut bad at the size of the thing
I mean the ipod video player holds 30-60 gigs and look at the size of the thing, maybe in a year they might get the size right..

Simply spend $350 on a 2gb memory stick and be happy. Given the video compression we have with MP4 and the ability to reduce file size via quality tweaking I think you can fit on more than enough.
I agree that it's a step in the right direction, however in this context, size does matter. As mentioned a 20gb drive would have made more sense but then this already expensive toy will become even more expensive.
I still don't understand why Sony did not come up with a multi card memory mechanism that could at least accept two cards. I'm sure people would not mind paying an extra $50 for their PSP if they realised it was due to a second card reader being incorporated.

It does a good job and it performs well but it's size is huge, i might get one if they make the size alot smaller, hopefully they will make a new and improved one that is alot smaller.
