Review:
Twisted Metal: Head On is the latest game of the Twisted Metal series, the first one to be on Sony's PSP. Here is how it ranked in my point of view.
Gameplay : The gameplay on this game is very fast and powerful, before doing any online playing (lots of fun if you can find someone to verse) or story mode, you must learn your energy attacks wich takes alot of time and effort... Using the weapons take a while to learn too so dont expect to be good at it when you start.
Graphics : The graphics of this game are ok considering it came out just after the psp, while not as good as Twisted Metal: Black's graphics they are pretty good.
Sounds & Music : The music on this game is pretty lame, about 3 songs and thats it (including the theme song!). The sounds on this game just make it into the good section as they are just basic motor noises and explosions.
Replay : This game isnt too repetitive in the offline modes as there are only 3 offline game types but if you play it online you will get alot more out of this game.
Overall : Overall i give this game an 8/10... mostly because it gets boring offline and hardly anyone goes online. I only got this game to go online and i was disappointed... The rest of the game is okay but not worth $60+

I got this game from EB and quite frankly it's an OK game.Gameplay is the number one thing here. The gameplay is full of fast and furious action that would fill any "Fired Up" fan with delight, with a wide range of weapons (Missiles, bullets, mines) and vehicles (Cars, Trucks, Hummers, Bikes and Construction vehicles turned into destruction vehicles) provide hours of fun. The good frame-rate and OK loading times also make it an awesome game to add to you collection. With quite a few missions and also survival matches to see with how long you last, added with the colourful yet destructive environments. Twisted Metal: Head-On is great for anyone who is familiar with the past series, and also a title to look in for any newcomers.
