This game is fantastic. Its a long game with lots to do and losts to unlock.
Graphics are good for the PSP system, load times are also minimal.
Tha game is really challenging which is good as it offers alot to play for and gives the game a longer life span.
There are some fun game modes in the game which are
-Crash Mode where you have to make huge pile-ups
-Takedown Mode
-And your average races.

This is a must; after all, who doesnt love crashing your car into a petrol tanker causing mass chaos and flying cars
A game has diff game modes; racing, road rage, crash. reacing is self explantory; very reptitive. road rage is where uve just got to take down all the rival racers
crash is also self-explained; get a car, crash into something and await the chain reaction of carnage
cars u can use vary, from slow pieces of crap to things that are so fast u cant control them
the game sounds silly, but to really understand its greatness; u rly have to play it.
overall i rate it 5/5

I have to say, when i saw the graphics of this game, it reminded me of why i bought a PSP. Burnout legends has to me, been one of the most graphically superior games that i've played on my PSP to date.
The Gameplay: FAST FAST, CRASH, FAST. Ahaha this game is very portable friendly and after a maximum of 3 minutes from turning on too selecting a level, i'm in a race, dodging traffic and from there i can just knock it sleep mode, switch bus, and get back to that fast action racing.
Like all burnout titles this has some pretty cool gameplay modes like: crash, road rage, pursuit and it has AD-HOC (wirelessly near someone) multiplayer!
The Graphics: Havent i already gone into it? ahahha the graphics in one word, WOW , Look at the screenshots, or are you blind? ahaha
The Sound: So nice crash, and the cars have grunt, Apropriate music! No rants on my part, but i wouldn't buy the game just for its soundtrack!
THE CONCLUSION: DUN DUN Dah!!!!! In my personal opinion this is the best and most enertaining racer on the psp too DATE! (i say that because of gran turismo portable haha) Unlike some other games on the psp this one WILL NOT let you down, and it will last for at least a month haha! And not trying to be a fanboy but Burnout: legends on psp murders the ds version! 5 out of 5!!!

Review:
Burnout Legends on Sonys PSP... is it as good as the rest of the burnouts? i will take you through a review and we will see.
Gameplay : The gameplay for this game is fantastic, they are simple and easy to learn but may leave your hands real cramped up in a short amount of time, this threw me off this game a bit.
Graphics : The graphics are awesomely good, i would say it is the best racing car game on the psp so far in this genre, the damage feature looks oh so real and you can feel the pain when you crash.
Sounds & Music : Well, to me i dont like the music but it suits the game if you know what i mean... And for the sounds, they are great, just another feature to make you feel in the drivers seat.
Replay : I have had this game for quite a while, and i must say it is still being used a whole heap, its hard to finish so you can play for maybe 50 hours just to finish the game and maybe unlock half of the things.
Overall : I love this game so much and all of the genres above would agree, i give this a fantastic 9/10

Great game. I was a big fan of burnout 3 which legends seems to be based on mostly. Graphics are awesome. Comeback Kid are in the soundtrack which was awesome to hear.

Excellent racing game ! Glad it came to the PSP !
I own the rest of the burnout collection for xbox and when i heard it was out for psp i bought it immediately.
My first impressions were that it was good graphics and good gameplay. However my experince got better ! further on you get better cars and the gaming seems to be at a next level !
! 10/10 ! ! Must have !

This is a great game. Since I have never played burnout before, this provided a fresh experience. Great crashes, graphics beat any racing game on psp, and I can NOT beleive I just lent mine to a freind at high-school!

I love this game and seeing as how im one of the few people that own a psp at work i find it fun sharing (actually passing the game around not uploading the game) to try to beat take down records in single events. I also like the fact that my wife actually enjoys playing this game aswell. graphically it can be a bit glitchy but come on, your holding the almost equivalent of a sony playstation 2 in your hand anywhere you want, i have this game going on my psp at least 5 days of the week BUY IT !

I loove this game, when i found out i got rewarded for smashing other vehicles i had to get it. the game play is easy to get into and there are several modes of racing. it gives a good feel to the speeds your traveling and u ram cars.
as everyone says, the graphics arent as good as ridge racers however ridge racer is the best graphically of any psp game i've seen. i prefer this over ridge racer. agressive driving is so much fun

I have never played this game but all my friends have this game and they say its wicked.Ive had a go on Multiplayer and its so addicting I could play it until the next one comes out.I also LOVE the graphics on this game....ESPECIALLY when you crash

i was very disappointed wen i got a copy of this. the graphic was just appaling!!! if it was compared to ridge racer? i would definetly get ridge racer even though i used to like burnout3 takedown;; and wen burnout revenge came out in ps2 revenge had amazing graphic but legend was just bad;;
so for people trying to buy a racing game i reccomened buying ridge racer.

This game is great but is alot similar to burnout 3 takedown on xbox so if you have takedown I would not recomened buying this game because it can make the experience of this game boring although it has a few new tracks and alot of new cars. 8.3/10

I finally got this game. I was a bit disappointed with the graphic’s, mainly your car but hay its burnout so who cares. It’s pretty much a direct port but it’s still a great game. It has a lot to get through, but would be better multi player. It may frustrate you at times but you won’t care when you do the crash mode. Over all it’s a great game but for me I was a bit let down…but I don’t really care, I get to crash stuff..

I got two copies of this game on friday, and one copy will be given away as a prize, but I am having second thoughts, it is just too good, I want to keep both copies...
Spent most of the weekend playing this, I must admit, this is one of the best car games I have played. Stunning realistic graphics, an excellent physics engine, with lots of car damage. The best of it all, the gameplay, I've only managed to complete 14%, and for a person who has to get all gold medals, it is providing a little challenge, this game provides so many different modes and types of game play, it just keep on going on!
The downside, I wish the cars are real cars with real licensed brands, sometimes they might look like a GTR or a Civic hatch, but it is not, so I hope maybe in the future, this will happen. I will test out the game sharing on Monday.
Highly recommended!

This game is now my favoutite car game so far. A lot of the maps are familiar from the Xbox version I'm used to but there are also a few new ones I've never played before.
I like the pursuit option and it is fun to try to take down a single car.
Some niggling things are (as with the XBox and I suppose the PS2)is that in multiplayer mode you cannot play with 'bots' as well as 'live' people.
You also get a bit tired of the same 21 songs so it would be great if there was a way to change songs to the MP3 folder on the memory stick.
Apart from these little things I totally love it and definitely recommend it to anyone.

I find this game very similar to the version on xbox and Playstation 2. The best part about it is that it contains just about everything from Burnout 1, 2 and 3:Takedown, plus a few added extra's like new cars and maps.
It has pretty solid handling with no "2 seconds after you push the buttons" turning and a very good frame-rate. It is great fun using the "Impact time" option after you crash to earn "aftertouch" takedowns, and trying to cause multiple crashes until you reach "Rampage" status. All round it is a great game with plenty to offer, especially if you are a fan of the burnout series, I highly recommend it.

I bought Burnout Legends only because I just recently played Burnout 3 and strait away fell in love with it. Now this is a good thing, because this game is practically the same as Burnout 3 for the play station 2.
Let me give you a run down of what you can do in the game:
First up is the "World Tour" mode {Race and crash around the world}(in other words story mode)
Then we have "Single Event" {Set up your own race or crash events} single event contains:
• Race: a race to compite to get 1st place smashing opponents is a good way to gat ahead.
• Time Attack: race around a track to get the fastest time.
• Road Rage: how many takedowns can you do before yo get totally destroyed.
• Pursuit: you"re the cop car try to take out the enemy (enemy has health bar so it harder to take down)
• Crash: be normal cars or specials like fire trucks and try to do the most damage that you can.
After that we get to "Multiplayer" {which is self explanatory}
Next is "Driver Details" {this is were you change the settings and view your progress}

Game Graphics 9/10
The visuals in this game are mesmerizing. What I believe to be almost up to par with the console version. Not quite there but pretty darn close. The game has realistic backgrounds. The part graphics wise that I think the game really triumphs is the smashes and takedowns. For those who don"t know a takedown is when you slam another car into a wall or another car or anything you can think of.
Game Sound 9/10
The game has crisp songs that shuffle through while playing. There are a total of 21 songs which add to the depth of the game play. The smashes are nothing less that amazing to hear, it was incredible it puts you right in the seat of that car with the bumper screeching along the ground as it tries to hang onto the car. The music that is played varies from pop to rock quite nice company when going for the gold.
Gameplay 9/10
There are no games that I know of that do the things Burnout does I have not played a rasing game where you can smash he crap out of other cars. It"s an original game with many fun things to do. The most fun in my opinion is Road Rage nothing better then flying around a course with unlimited enemies until you smash so much or get taken out to many times. Where you cant go on any more.
The feature when you take some 1 down is very nice, it homes in on them and you get to see them crash. But when that happens to you you can slow down time by pushing the Right Shoulder Button.
The game is fun and a medium level of difficulty if you"re good at Burnout you probably won"t find this as hard as I did. lol
Game Value 9/10
the game is worth the value its 1 of those games that you can play over and over again with out getting board with it. With the amount of things to unlock and to do you will have lots too do to keep you occupied.
Game Conclusion
The game for me is so far the best on the psp platform if offers great sound and visuals, a fun and original idea. Would be enjoyable multiplayer. There is a lot of things to unlock you start with the 3 worst cars and 1 track, you must master the game and use your skills if you want to win.

I just wish my psp would charge faster so I can get back to the carnage.
A burnout fan would love this game and so would people who have never played any thing to do with burnout before. I encourage you to by this game you"ll love it.
