Pooky is certainly welcome to be a 'co-leader' if she wants to be and everyone else is willing.

By the looks of things I will be The leader or one of the leaders if that is what is going to happen. As a result of this I am announcing that if any of the current knights do not come on here by 7:00pm Monday next week they will be stripped of their Knighthood. That night (one week away) new knights will be announced to replace them.

Knights are expected to be frequent and active forumers and even if the current ones do come on in the next week but are still very eratic forumers their Knighthood may be terminated....

That Fair?

I would appreciate it if NO ONE tells the current knights about what is going on. I would like to see how frequently they visit this site. I don't want them comming here to confirm their Knighthood and to dissapear into the dark not to return again...

I'm thinking that pehaps Knighthood should be seen as more as a reward for being a good member and valuable to the site more than anything else. That would mean that there would be no limit on the number of knights so the people who deserve it would get it.

This would also increase the motive for our less active members to be more active. I'm also considering a different badge for the knights. This is currently all in consideration and not definite yet. Would these things encourage our members to be more active? Do you think our members would work harder to get a 'Knight' badge?

What do you guys think.

As you can see the Knight badge is now in place. Do you like it? Those of us who are no longer frequent members. Remember as last count there are 28+ish of us out there I think..... A dozen may be active but that still leaves quite a few who have left, I want them to come back and stay! Give them some motive to stay.
