Go and see them at the shop and show them the dead pixel with the PSP fired up. See if you can try before you buy and put the pixel checking wallpapers on a spare memory stick so you can easily see any before you go.

Remember though if you bought this PSP brand new and it had dead pixel(s) then this is NOT covered by the warranty. Same for most LCD televisions and other products.

If EB allow you to change then good on 'em i say. Make sure you support them back!

You bought it 2nd hand, it has one dead pixel, and your complaining ?

In my opinion, people like you are the customer from hell, and nothing they do (EB) will be good enough, so, give em a break and get a refund, and put them out of their misery. And daydream about being in your perfect little world.

Everyday I dread that I will have a customer like you, ones that will pick the smallest fault, that blow it all out proportion and expect freebies, discounts and favours for life, and loom 'Negative Feedback'over our head unless we bend over and take it up the arse like a Chook.

I have 4 dead pixel if you read properly 1 black and 3 white ones which i was happy to ignore because most of the time i cant see them. im far from the customer from hell. i took the first psp back because it had 8 dead pixels and they said it was cool to return it. i was very appologetic even though i shouldnt have been the guy who served me fully lied to me saying 'i looked through all of them and could only find 2 in good condition' then presented them to me, both were fine but kind of scratched but i picked the better of the two. i went back the next day because of the pixels to a different guy and he went out back and pulled out like 5 different ones that all looked perfect, so instead of stuffing him around i picked the first nice looking one because i felt bad. if i was the customer from hell i wouldnt be asking here if its worth taking it back, id just go in there and have a bitch, so shut the hell up.
