I use the same program I use when shrinking movies for my PDA. Try Download.com for some various programs thats how I found the one I use (I forget the name of it though sorry.. its on my other PC)

I had a program that shrunk movies to whatever size you wanted. ie when I only had a 128mb card for my PDA I shrunk a 165mb show to 96mb which was what I selected it to. If I had selected to shrink it to 128 it would have done that too but I wanted some room left. (I *think* it was deset pocket video maker?) the quality is less the smaller you make it but on a small screen it shouldnt matter.

theres different modes of quality in pspvideo9. just select it in the program
