Yeah i think it is dragon74, i was one of the most active GTA gang members but have now left for thr Brotherhood! Maybe not dying but decreasing in size!

I drew it by hand (while looken at your pic) scanned it in and painted it in photo shop It's all yours and know where else in existence buddy!
