and the reason the site runs a "tight ship" (which was better before) is cause with lmp saying we could get sued.

Well to be honest lmp, you being a more mature member of the site, i'd be expecting you to tell me to get in line if something like that did happen involving me, not that i think it has ...

I dunno if a lot of the stuff we do has come across the wrong way to members, but a lot of that stuff could be done tongue in cheek, its just another one of those things that has to be taken case-by-case.

Flaming an internet term for trying to attack another member or belief and so on. Plus I think that luvmypsp has a point. There are times when we just let anything pass by and that's mostly the reason I made the poll. I'm not saying that we are bad admins but I think that we should come down harder and more often.

Tougher, as in how hard we come down on members who break the rules.
There's been an unholy amount of flaming this week and I've turned a blind eye to it thinking that the members will become aware of what they are doing and stop it. I've already had to ban one spammer this morning.

In accordance to the rules, flaming is supposed to be an instant ban for an hour or something like that. Feel lucky people.
