I had one solid stuck pixel (white) and a half stuck pixel (dull white), and ran this utility, which you play as a video (you need to put it in the video folder on ur PSP, with a THM), and ran it a half dozen time, and the full pixel is barely noticeable, while the half pixel is completely gone.

Try it, its worth it.

NOTE: This will not fix dead pixels
