I bought the DS at launch in Feb and then bought the pink one at the launch of the pink & blue ones in september so 7ish months.

I havent missed it, no, which is why I didnt rush into buying another one - never said I didnt like it... try to read previous posts properly before making them up

I wouldnt miss my PSP either I only play it once a month.. Played the DS almost every day but since I havent had one for 3 weeks I havent noticed not playing it.

Just picked up my Lite yesterday. I've got a PSP too. It's very cool. Traded in my old DS on it. Major difference. Nice shiny finish to casing. Seems to be better made than the old DS. Stylus is much better. Only game I kept was Mario Kart and it looks soooo much better on the very bright screen. Also bought Metroid Prime Hunter and am waiting for Super Mario Bros. Metroid is hard to get the hang of lining up shots smoothly. First person just is so hard on consoles compared to PCs with a mouse and keyboard. Once I get the hang of it I'm off to multiplayer WiFi online. Funnily enough I tried WiFi this morning and whilst it picked up my Access Point I couldn't get on. In fact the 'Test Connection' Never stopped testing. Had to switch it off in the end. Never had that problem with the old DS. Maybe it was because my PC upstairs was DLing Torrents and hogging the bandwith. Will try again later.

I think the current ds is perfect, its possible there could be an update with widescreen screens, maybe one with built in storage that can play emulated old games like the Wii will do with old nintendo games. As for the case, its very Ipoddish type case

vp10120: I PMed Tom my CFW guide, well because its my first and the the most stable/clean CFW installer i compiled. There's no whatsoever bugs i experienced. My CFW PSP is stable just like with OFW.
hummer: but did you do the same method with both?
TomStones: no i did it more then once, good thing my friend had made a MMS, to fix my with i was on CFW 3.93 that firmware had alot of issues
hummer: you did the files wrong i think on the mms
TomStones: the one that was almost a full one was done with a bug that was in CFW 3.71 were if you edited the flash through the XMB and my others were problems with a MMS i made i think it was to do with my FW
