Well untoldlegend we can't watch what we want. The tv stations choose for us
thats why theres so much trash on tv like BB. why can't they put Seinfeld back on and other good programs like Red Drawf

Well firstly good niché programs such as Red Dwarf etc. are considered 'cult' programs. Which means that they have small, non-mainstream, but very dedicated groups of people who watch them. Which basically means that the show won't make very much money from advertising and product placement etc.

Take Firefly for example, great show, but it got cut while it was still in it's first season. Since Firefly is set like 500 years into the future in a very unfamiliar environment from today, it would be very hard to do any product placement with it.
And also it would be hard to find company's willing to advertise on the show, so that is why it was cut, because it was unprofitable for the station and the company who makes firefly.

On the other hand, we have all these Reality TV shows like Big Brother, Australian Idol etc. These programs are very cheap to make compared to other more traditional styles of TV shows like drama's, Soaps etc. Compared to other types of TV shows, reality TV doesn't have to pay expensive things like actor costs, special effects, locations/sets, writers etc.

This saves unbeleivable amounts of money for the TV Production company and the TV station. And all other costs are offset by the money paid for advertising, product placement etc. This process delievers extremely high return for all party's concerned and is alot more profitable then any other form of TV entertainment.

That's basicly why we don't have many good sit-coms, drama's etc on TV anymore, because the TV Production Company's would rather make reality TV programs like Big Brother because they are more profitable and more attractive to the mainstream audience than most shows ever were.

- Well yes i did know what sex was.....but for example now with this incident, whats stopping a 10 year old from pinning a girl on the ground and slapping his weena across her face?? And what would be the blame for that, BB.

One of the things that bothers me the most is that there are 'people' who will watch big brother at 4 am on a saturday morning on the net and their mobile phones.

Even though what the two guys did was wrong and i'm not dismissing that point. You'd just think that people would have something better to do at 4 am in the morning on a weekend instead of watching one of the worst shows on tv, Big Brother.

What do you guys think?

vp10120: I PMed Tom my CFW guide, well because its my first and the the most stable/clean CFW installer i compiled. There's no whatsoever bugs i experienced. My CFW PSP is stable just like with OFW.

hummer: but did you do the same method with both?

TomStones: no i did it more then once, good thing my friend had made a MMS, to fix my with i was on CFW 3.93 that firmware had alot of issues
