Mmm, Muay Thai. I hate people and their freaking roundhouse kicks. I have a guy who was a MT champ and is now getting to level 8 or 9 in WC. And unfortunately I had my first class with him. And the speed, agility and strength he was attacking with was mind blowing! And he said he was only going at 20%...lol total BS! And I ain't a small guy and I felt I was being plummeled.... oh well. I can't wait to reach that level in my training.

Is anyone going to see Fearless? Its an awesome movie. My friend imported it and its absolutley brilliant. So brilliant that Im going to watch it in the cinemas! Its worth the trip!

Anyway, ledge is now going to come on here more often - to offer sagely advice and keep an eye on things.

Yeh i was snowboarding, it was snowing half the day.

It was still pretty hard on impact ( i did a bit of that lol)

but there was a lot of soft stuff, i dont think many lifts are open, i was just doing burke st coz im a little panzy (and didn't want to injure myself before tomorrow)

and actually i feel really good, no cramps or anything.
