Well Im going into training tonight for sparring. My 3rd class.... and haven't done it in a month... i wonder if my training so far will help me or maybe i'll end up with more bruises... anyway - I'll keep you'll posted.

I got a lovely hit to the eye socket and bruise about 15 cm long on my left forearm and scratches on my right forearm.

A bruised right rib cage, and got winded a couple of times. But apart from that its all good. My teacher said I made excellent progress... Atleast I lasted 45 minutes before I ran out of breath. Unlike the last time... good ol' 15 mins and I was gone....
