Well its for homework, and i'm on a blank, so i htought those smart people from mypsp.co.au might be able to think of some people of global importance that they aspire to be like :P

Anyone aspire to be someone, eg. sports player, world leader, popular singer.

Or inspired by someones actions

(i don't think this will get any replies :( )

A cricketer? You couldn't get much more of an inspiration than Steve Waugh or Glenn McGrath.

Or Dennis Lilly, he is now training fast bowlers around the world....

How about:

Pope John Paul II (considered one of the greatest popes ever)

Rudolph 'Rudy' Giuliani (the mayor of new york after 9/11, great man who gave his people hope and defiance against the terrorists after 9/11)

Christopher Reeve (the guy that played superman, became a quadraplegic after a horse accident, spokesman and champion of disabled people everywhere and supporter of Stem Cell Research)

Most of the suggestions made by other people are alright, however you want to choose something different because most people will probably choose Ghandi, Mandela etc. Good luck with this and tell us who you choose.
