theres no way to tell from the outside packageing the only way you can tell is on the umd it has #2, or when you put it in the psp it has the 2.6 update instead of the 2.00 update

i reckon $60 is a fine price for gta because it is such a sweet game and there is soo much u can do with a psp with homebrew because i homebrewed my psp yesterday (28 june) and i put emulaters and heaps of old school games on it like sonic the hedgehog, old metal gear, super mario, doom, galaga the list goes on
