franki3: You can always plug in a usb gamepad (I think) and use the psp as a controller, but I auctually like the look of it.

lol. Let me rephrase, you cannot compare a PSP analog to say, a xbox and PS2. The home consoles analogs are more responsive and easier to use. The PSP is designed for on the run, and to be small and portable. While home console controllers can be as big as they need to be to have the best comfort.

franki3: I know that the analogue sticks are a lot more different, I was talking about the xbox 360 foul mouth :-P
psportable: Yes the Xbox360 and psp will connect, just like you connect with a computer, using messy cables and having to navigate thought big directories.

just looking onn some specs for the ps3 and came across this

Controller:
Bluetooth (up to 7)
USB 2.0 (wired)
Wi-Fi (PSP)
Network (over IP)

psportable: The heads dont really do much for making the analogue stick more responsive, just makes them tat large they wont fit into any case you own, and the xbox connects to the psp via usb cable as a mass storage device, it wont support IR as sony needs to give IR support to the psp before sony can even use it, not to mention that IR is too slow to do anything other than thransfer stuff between phones and the odd picture.
Parrey: The PS3 isn't coming out till lst year, and the ps2 was released in 2001 so I doubt that the PS4 will come out for a few year.
Cougarmon All of those specs are very old now, the usb will be used for connecting items like the eye toy, steering wheel controlers and media device (mp3 players etc). The PSP will connect to the PS3 via wifi

Just like N64 and GC controllers. They look real funny but comfy and easy to use.
