plug your psp in.
when a pop up of your psp's memory stick comes up, double click PSP and then MUSIC. (if you don't have those folders, make them)
so X:\PSP\MUSIC\
in the MUSIC folder, make a new folder with whatever name you want.
then move the music you want in that folder to that folder.
beware, you cannot have a folder in a folder in the music folder.
eg. you cannot have MUSIC\FOLDER1\FOLDER2
it should be either MUSIC\Music files (e.g. song.mp3)
or MUSIC\FOLDER1\Music files.
if you don't understand that, you should get the psp media manager.
