I actually sent a PM to the guy who uploaded the video awhile back. He said it worked through some sort of plugin that some group made for iRShell. Pretty neat if you ask me.

Oh and the Xbox controller works because it's just a simple USB lead. Cut, splice and solder a bit and bang, you got a controller for your PSP.
