big pro wrestling fan & have just about every release to date, all the japan releases which are by far the best,smackdown 08 is better then the last couple releases from yukes, it is worth getting,at 1st u probly wont like it so much,but the more u play the more fun the game gets,roster isnt to flashy but does have some good legends, sgt slaughter,sabu,terry funk,neidhart,rick rude & a few others..

Ive had the 06 version which i thought was awesum but the manager mode was a joke but the 08 version is alot better and the front row audience doesnt look like squares like they do in 06

I've been buying this wrestling series ever since it started on the ps2.
Its defiantly different this year, still wish they would put an announcer table near the ring like the ps2 version. but least we don't have to put up with the commentary.
Its got some of the ecw stars now which is good, its a must have game for the wrestling fans..
