Thought everyone knew

The GPS attachment has only been released in Japan (#PSP-290) with official 3rd Party softwares (MAPLUS Portable Navi - Japanese maps only).

As for the "PSP2", the only news I've read is that it's been confirmed (sort-of).

That would be because they don't let you discuss anything in them. I got IP banned from Sony Underground forums, which I think are the US offical ones, and I never even posted. Just tried to go there and BAM - IP ban message on the screen. Was probably a mistake but I can't be bothered to sort it out because this site is far much better.
