Suppose. PSP is in a down time, there's really nothing in the power of anyone here to revive the forums. Only a new model or a shipment of lengthy good quality games are going to revive it. From my point of view, this place may not seem very active, but it is a site focused towards a handheld and it's quite obvious that more people own and use consoles compared to handheld units so a differing level of traffic (a much lower one in this situation) isn't anything to be surprised by.
