i bought a 120 WD 1200BEVS scorpio the other day, my original plan was to chuck it in my xbox, but HddHackr wont work on my laptop, so now i have to give it to the guys i bought it off and they said they would do it for me, but they are just ghosting it, then my Xbox will truly be a home made elite

No not at all. I've a PS3. Just USB allows better inter-compatibility for PS3, Laptop, Anything else.
