Wii Sports Resort has finally be knocked off its perch, and it wasn't by Wii Fit! Halo 3: ODST has debuted in number one spot this week, and while it's technically an expansion it retails as a full release title. The puzzling DS brainteaser Professor Layton and Pandora's Box has also started well by taking out 5th place during its first week on sale.

Moving along, apparently Halo 3: ODST had a limited edition that took out 7th place (didn't even know that existed). New in 8th spot is Aion on the PC/Mac. It's almost become rare to see a PC title chart being sold at retail, as almost everyone seems to buy online through services such as Steam these days. Rounding out the changes this week is Mario Kart Wii, which has returned in 10th places after a number of weeks absence.
