PSP Software & Firmware \ How 2 put CFW from 1 PSP to another

I have a phat psp with cfw (5.00 M33-4) and my friends want me to put it on their psps
i no it can be done..but im not 100% sure how..and i dont wanna stuff their psps
anyways if any1 can help me or post a realllly simple and good guide it would be great

Also is there a way i can do it so that they can still use their batteries and memory sticks after i put cfw on it..as none of us have any spares

then download downloads.psp4noobz.com/

and use that ^ to make ur pandora battery

You need to make a MMS with urs or ur friends so just backup ur psp stuff onto ur computer then make the MMS

once u have finished load the stuff back on

and u can change the pandora battery back to a normal one with the UPMS/UPT

that means u should upgrade it to CFW 3.90 m33 or higher so u get the greatest range of applications

i suggest upgrading it to 5.00m33
