Kind of like H.I.M and that heartagram...H.I.M are quite possibly the worst band I have EVER have the misfortune of listening to...but the only reason they are an ungodly successful 'band' is because of trend-tards like Bam Margera selling them off commercially. So now every 'sk8er' out there is getting that H.I.M logo tattooed on them. The guy is a regular crack-up...but he whores merchendise and bands out like mad.

With that said, 'Satanists' are just as idiotic because all they want to do is 'rebel against the fundamental walls of society'. All this 'sacrificing people to Satan' and mutilating animals at night...that's not Satanism...that's just a couple of sick and retarted kids needing of a bullet to the brain. They think that just because they heard one Deicide song, they're automatically worshippers of 'TEH DARK LAWD LOLOLOL'.

In conclusion, Satanism doesn't exist...its just a bunch of retards going around doing stupid shit for attention which, in some cases, ends up being a murder or two. And parents/people who like to blame contemporary society on these events should shut their face-holes and look at themselves in the mirror and say to themselves 'What if it was I who is to blame?'

Well it wasnt really death metal that lead them to it but it was death metal that lead them to ppl who were Satanic. The kids that died were totally normal kids n didnt believe in it. Their parent were nice and stuff and were very good to the kids.

The way this murder was done really did point heavily towards Satanism, which does exist but its idiotic individuals that get into this rubbish. The 8 or so kids that committed the murders were very disturbed and frequently listened to extremely heavy music and expilict stuff. Cannibal Corpse was one of the most popular ones they liked.

Very disturbing i must say though

Cannibal Corpse lyrics are based off 70's and 80's horror flicks. They hold no Satanic value or any literal meaning. Just practically re-telling the story of an old horror movie.

I'm sure Porter, more than anyone, would argue the idea that 'Mega heavy music leads to acts of violence'. Corpse is his fav death metal band and listens to them on a regular basis...yet I don't see him running around the streets of Mt Druitt slaughtering kids in the name of TEH DEBIL

As nbo stated...its all about a person's state of mind. And its not always death metal that's the cause of youth death and violence. In America, more people die from drive-by shootings than 'Satanic sacrifical slaughters'. And which genre, more than anyone, speaks out freely about drive-by shootings and gang wars? Gangster rap.

When kids hear ANYTHING that sounds dangerous or intimidating, if they're not smart enough...they're going to follow it til it happens and lands them in a shit hurricane.
