They have also repositioned some of the buttons. I turned it off so many times without saving because the power was on the top and I pushed it instead of the one that took me to the menu. Now that its on the side I dont have that issue! It also looks alot nicer, less bulky.

I think theyre just as good in different ways. Theres nothing to say people cant like both. If I had to pick one I would pick the DS because I like the games better. I didnt have a DS for a while because I sold mine to get the lite, and while I didnt miss it (almost considered not buying the new one) I still prefer the games on it to the PSP (I barely use my PSP at all) different things appeal to different people so while you say the 'DS has nothing on psp' doesnt mean that everyone will think the same, they arent even really comparable being very different systems. I really dont think Nintendo are having too much trouble selling them.

GEeZ how can u say that dude!! DS was the quickest console to reach 10 million.. in like weeks.. currently toop 3 games on Gamespot are DS games. in terms of sales* there's innovation on DS.. btw the new lite ds has the highest brightness i've ever seen. IT still lasted 7 hrs on a full charge on the high brightness.. tho the high brightness is more of a hazard than a help.. its like looking at hte sun... on the lowest brightnes which is like the medium on psp it lasted abt 20 hrs.. battery life is top notch on DS.

THAT is a true comment of someone who has either never played a DS or is a Sony fanboy. Play Metroid Prime Hunters and try and compare that to something on the PSP which is... Kinda similar... Coded Arms.... There is no comparison! Metroid is HEAPS better!

hey thegame10 do u need the usb connecter if u have a wireless router.. like with the psp i connect using my hotspot but would that work with the DS?

yep thats true. but dman jsut so u dont get a bad understanding liekw hen they first design and manufacture the product right.. they have a budget and have to stick to it.. in a couple of years generally they can make the product smaller because they can eliminate certain components or change the architechture.. they can do this initially but it' would cost too much increasing time = decreasing production cost. Its the same with the playstation and ps2.

but ipod is poular, there not tring to up there sales, there just bringing out somthing diffrent, nintendo are tring to up there sales.

hey dman incase u didnt realise everyone does it ie. even sony upgrades the hardware in the ps2 every couple of months thats y different model numbers are important in terms of repairs. its jst that after a while sales start to slump and then they realise a more efficient mechanism to do the job. often smaller (less parts). ultimately it is for sales.. i agree but its a generic part of the development cycle.

vp10120: I PMed Tom my CFW guide, well because its my first and the the most stable/clean CFW installer i compiled. There's no whatsoever bugs i experienced. My CFW PSP is stable just like with OFW.
