Hello Guys

I'm sure that this issue has raised its ugly head before, but can anyone provide me with a NAC. I have emailed sony support numerous times and they can't send me one becuase the system they use only allows one per person. They say that they gave it to me by email but it didn't arrive. They then tried to insult me by asking 'can you check your trash folders'. I did ask if that was a right click or left click ;o). But in short can any anyone provide me with one? or tell me how I get one? I have a slimline model by the way, its already registered and i do not have the paperwork as i threw it away......DOH!
