This guide has had some problems running on 3.90 m33-2 and did not work
for me. it paused in step 10. I recommend not doing this on 3.90 m33
THIS GUIDE IS FOR A PSP ON A 3.xx CFW OR HIGHER ONLY
Pandora Guide
1) Download
the pan3xx.rar and extract it (it's passoword
is http://www.teamxdesigns.downthe.net/forum/index.php)
2) Put your
PSP in USB mode (connect your cable and select USB)
3) Go to
this location on your PSP:
PSP/GAME
4) copy the
pan3xx file downloaded (once extraced) to the game folder
5) Now copy
everything you want to keep to your desktop as it will soon be deleted
(including game saves!!!!!)
6) Exit USB
mode and on your psp scroll across to game, then down to memory stick
and click
X
7) Find the
pan3xx application and press
X
on it
8) Now you
are in the pandora creating menu for 3.xx
9) Now the
next step will delete everything form your memory stick, but this is
needs to be done
10) Press
R + X then
L + R + X to confirm.
11) Once
this is done, reboot
12) Enter
USB mode again(same as step 2)
13) There
will be no files at all on your psp
14) Right
click, go down to new and select FOLDER
15) Name
this folder
PSP
16) Don't go
inside just yet
17) Remember
those official firmwares you downloaded? find the official 1.50 one
18) If it
isn't already named this, re-name it to
UPDATE.PBP and paste
it into your memory stick
NEXT
TO THE PSP FILE, NOT IN IT!
19) Now,
find the orignal copy again and rename it to
150.PBP and paste it
in the same spot
20) You
should now we looking at a PSP folder, an UPDATE.PBP file and a 150.PBP
file all at once
21) Find the
official 3.71 file and rename it to 371.PBP and paste it in the same
spot
22) Find the
official 3.40 file and rename it to 340.pbp and paste it in the same
spot
23) Now,
double click to go inside the PSP folder
24) Make a
new folder called
GAME
25) Copy
pan3xx into there again
26) Exit USB
mode
27) Run the
Application (look at step 6 and 7 for details again)
28) This
time, press
X
29) When
that is done, press
L
+ X
30) Reboot
the PSP
31) Run the
App again
32) Put the
battery you want to pandorise in and press circle (This DOES work with
a slim battery, i have done it myself)
33) Reboot
your PSP
34) Enter
USB mode again
35) Go to
PSP/GAME
36) Find the
version of despertar cementerio you downloaded and copy it to PSP/GAME
37) If you
are using despertar cementerio V4, then you must download the official
3.80 Firmware, rename it to 380.PBP and put it next to the PSP file
with the other firmware files
38) Exit USB
mode then run the application (under GAME>MEMORY STICK)
39) Follow
the Prompts
40) You now
have a 100% working pandora that will install to either 3.71 m33-2 or
3.80 m33-5 (depending on what version of despertar cementerio you used)
