Social \ Nokia Help!!!

I have my old nokia 3200 and i wishing to use it again as i have 2 sim cards,
The only prob is the memory is full and when it goes to the nokia screen it freezes,
Does any 1 know a reset code from where it say insert sim card screen or enter pin?
