ok to make a proxy you will probly need to buy hosting you should alwasy ask your host before you pay them no free host that i have found will host proxys! witch kinda sucks i found someone in america to host mine post on fourms and get some one to give u a helping hand i have all the scripts u will need but u can google php proxy script or cgi proxy script and there ya go hope that ansered ur question b4 i get banned

Dreamhost is a good place to start if u have some cash but they will ask you to move servers after u get busy
