I'm doing a documentary for school on classifications in video games. I need a male between the ages of 12-14 to do about 20 minutes of work. Also in Melbourne.
Here is the section of the script they would have to take part in:
*NAME* SHOPPING CENTRE.
CU *NAME* IDENTIFICATION THAT DISPLAYS *NAME* DATE OF BIRTH.
*NAME* WALKS INTO EB GAMES AND ATTEMPTS TO PURCHASE AN MA15+ VIDEO GAME. (*NAME* IS UNDER THE AGE OF 15. HE REQUIRES A GUARDIAN OVER 18 TO BE WITH HIM IN ORDER TO PURCHASE THAT TITLE.)
If need be, I can obtain a release form to prove the work for parents. Face can also be blurred out. Full Name, address etc will be blurred out when we do a closeup of the ID. All that needs to be seen is the DOB.
What you get out of it:
$30
A free PS2 game (Maybe more if the store actually asks for ID. The point of the scene is to show the leinency retailers have with classifications and possible contridictions with when games are actually banned.)
Please email me at @ eprestia@bigpond.net.au . Put 'Doco work' as the subject. Or just post your interest in here. If you have a little brother who might be interested please let me know. Hopefully have it done in the next 2 weeks or so.
