no. it renews/uncaps at the beginning of your new BILLING month, not the calendar month.. check with AAPT as to when your next BILLING period is.

well if what you say is true, they are either very slow in uncapping you/unshaping you, or there's something that's up with the network which i can't verify unless i'm able to physically see the connections from both ends.
