all i had to do was write the number beneath that bar code and give the bar code to the post office. but now on january 4th 2007 i still hadn't sent it. so today i call sony and ask if they will still fix it ..... THEY SAID SURE!
So today i went to the post office and it was all valid! awsome hey and the best part it that there was no queue to call sony either.

well my umd door screwed and i called sony and they really helped me out. i bought mine from gameswizards, as i told them and they said "take it to the place of purchase and get another one". so i did and i didnt need to put it in the mail or nothing! so sonys service is ok i guess.
