well the only way into which you can contain 100% tech level to unlock stuff at end of game is to recruit online so yea i do all the time.. my recruit levels are way to high and good in everything, lol..

If you guys havent ill play it tonight and tell to you all my first impressions.

Im a die hard fan of MGS. I have GTA: LCS in one hand and MGA in the other so i decided to try this card based format to see how it plays.
