Pain becaucse I had martial arts training on friday where we did grappling... and that was seriously painful. Having never done it before, I was ok... but the guy did manage to choke me... which was funny... I could feel my body going limp from the lack of oxygen... and because I am so "proud" I wouldn't tap out... well not straight away... only when I was completely on the ground... and seriously starting to lose consiousness... thats when I tapped out.

But never the less. It was the best fun I ever had... and I was the only one still panting long after class finished... i gave too much of my energy into it... anyway!

I've got an action packed sunday - how about the rest of you?

For all those sitting exams - I wish each and everyone of you all the best! Go ace 'em and make yourself and the Brotherhood proud!

Well, i think you're wrong Ledge. Practising .. that's not a temporary fix, as long as u have the technique correct (if u dont, theres still no point practicing in excess in a short space of time), Free throws are a mental thing, like a Penalty in soccer, purely in ur head, if the techniques there, then there isnt much u can do in a short space of time, just concentrate, make sure u have a routine, get everything right, and you'll be fine.

Ok first and foremost - I do not appreciate you trying to put words in my post that are not my own... "I AM GAY" where the hell do you get that from? Maybe you have some secret crush on me; I don't know? I don't want to know....

We do not tolerate people flaming or starting rumours about one another. Finnagan got a one year ban for this very reason. And you want to do this to another admin?! You have some nerve. Maybe what people say about you on here is true. And maybe next time, I won't defend you.

And do you want me to crush insect by saying she is mentally weak? I know its all in the head. By practicing, you're mentally equipping yourself to be better... but I don't crush people...
