why would you get a new psp knowing that the psp2 is going to come out?

Why is everyone so set on this PSP2 coming out? Show me some info cause all I've seen is rumours like latest is its just going to be made smaller.

Well looks like the old X crew thread requires a bump up the list because it's fallen out of the screens reach of the RSS feed.

Anyway I've been busting myself here with half yearly exams (a real pain) and now my brother is nagging me to fix his NES. It's a little something I bought him out of goodwill for $5 and sold it to him for $6, mind you I did this like back in the holidays. So anyway now he demands for me I fix it because as a design issues the connection for the cartridge to the console is quite poor in the NES due to its horizontal loading system and now the console just keeps resetting itself as the pins don't touch the cartridge. To fix it I need to get a safety pin and pull all the contacts back upwards and apparently the success rates involved in that are not too high and it's really tricky work. I have a steadier hand then him and that's why he wants me to do it.

This made me think, whats the most stupid or outrageous or annoying design issue you know of in any console?

I think it's either the NES' method of loading the cartridges in or the original xbox controller.

definitely the ps1 cog misalignment. for those who don't know/remember a cog for the laser in the ps1 wasn't made properly and it would scratch your discs real bad the only way to fix it was to void your warranty and align it your self

Just a few serious problems but all better now, Didnt take the PSP, Completely forgot about it until i was sitting there like "errr.....this is sooooo boring...." But there were heaps of hot chics working there which was good

Camlew evan if you downloaded all the demos avalible it would'nt evan touch your memory. All the demos combined is only like 600mb give or take.
