As far as I know, no one can either edit or read PMs. Unless they have your password. And, I don't think there is any way of getting PMs back. U can look through your sent messages.... but its something, you have to follow up with Roy.

man how hot was today in MELbourne. well i went swimming to cool my self off. let me tell u how much exercise i got today and wat i drank and ate.

In the morning woke up ate 1 Yogurt Muesli Bar and drank hot chocolate. Rode my bike to school. Had Sport in school. Ate only 1 small package of chips. had water. Rode bike to the pools. Swam for 1 and half hour. rode bike back home. Then Rode bike to my friends house cause he needed help in something. Then had some watermelon. Then water. Then rode bike back home.
