Im just scared of the importance a mobile phone has now! I personally dont think a kid under 13 should have a phone, unless it is absolutely necessary, soon its gonna be mark the role by whoevers within bluetooth range and crap like that. Anyways, this won't be with us for a good 10 yrs id say, Japan rushes into everything, our govenrment is slooooow. (im guessing they'd have to accept the technology, since it would basically be carrying money etc)
