how crap is this we used to allowed to go as fast as we want in the N.T on the open highway but now we can only go 130km an since jan 1st L's are for 6 months here if your under 25! all i had 2 do was a 20 min L test and 3 days later i did my P's practical test and voila! One year later i was on my opens! sounds 2 me like it's a lot more strict down there
