what if you connect it to computer and then erase all customs fonts/themes and see if it will go back to standard PSP theme? then retry the download. other than that perhaps the theme is not made for 3.03OE C

Oops. I mean use the Recovery Files and get it back to 1.5 and then update to 3.03 OE-C again. That's the only way I can think of.
