Not exactly, there are websites like connect where you can download high definition trailers and clips for free! Its designed especially for PSP! And the best part is, its perfecly legal!

if u r viewing a vid online, its being downloaded. YOU just need to find out where its going temp internet files/cache
or get firefox and a video plugin. i can d/l vids from heaps of places. youtube, google vids, metacafe, etc. all from firefox plugin i d/l'ed. from there, 3gp convertion and put onto psp v_kakaroto@hotmail.com for help

(.flv extention on file)
save target as is a no no for fash. try it on something that uses flash and see
